Your package will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you in most cases. Hand made rugs and rugs that we buy from suppliers over seas will be shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina. Shipping will be free to the continental United States.

On purchases paid with a credit card, the shipment will only be shipped to the address of the cardholder. Most shipments will be sent UPS ground and may take up to 10 days to arrive.

For rush shipments, call us at 1-866-900-eRUG or us and we will inform you of the rates for express service.

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the package. If the package is torn and the rug is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the rug and call us. We will ship another rug out to you and file a claim with the shipper.

Residents of Canada, Mexico, and other destinations outside of the continental US, will be e-mailed the additional cost to deliver their orders. Customer is responsible for additional freight cost and any custom fees.
