Rug pads may be shipped separately from your rug purchase(s). Most machine made rugs will arrive at your door within two weeks of placing your order. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any delay in processing your order due to the item being out of stock at the warehouse. Customers will notified of the projected delivery date when a rug is temporary out of stock at the warehouse and delivery is expected to take longer than two weeks. Many rugs made over seas can be out of stock at our suppliers warehouses and can take up to 6 weeks to be restocked. Therefore, it is not uncommon for delivery of some high in demand purchases to take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Orders paid for by checks will not be shipped until the check clears or is credit approved. Credit card payments will be processed within three days of the date that the rug is scheduled to be shipped from the warehouse. We accept Visa, Master Card, and most debit cards. Cash and money orders will be shipped immediately as rugs are available to be shipped. Custom orders must be paid up front when the order is placed.

An additional discount of 1% per week will be given on back orders for each week it takes the rug to be shipped past 8 weeks of placing the order. This discount will cap out at 13% and is our way of compensating you for waiting. However, the customer is still given the 30 day / 100% satisfaction guarantee with this purchase. Custom hand made rug orders will begin receiving this additional discount if not shipped after 5 months and will receive the maximum discount at the end of 8 months. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

If by chance, you receive a rug that is shipped by error and is not first quality, call or e-mail us and we will make arrangements to pick the rug back up and send you a replacement rug of the same make and design.
